StageMing ships worldwide from China using top-tier international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services).

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not order placement.

Taxes & Duties

Middle East (DDP): All import duties and local taxes are included in the checkout price. No additional charges upon delivery.
US, China & All Other Regions (DDU): Local customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the local carrier before delivery.

Lost Packages

A package is formally declared lost if there are no tracking updates for:

30 consecutive days — Middle East shipments
45 consecutive days — All other destinations

Upon declaration of loss, we will issue a free reshipment or full refund at your preference.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be charged. If a refund is preferred, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
